We take the brief, check what is actually available for your dates, and come back with options in writing. Flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire and experiences are booked with licensed suppliers and confirmed to you on one itinerary. Escorted and guided tours are sourced from established operators and matched to walking pace, group size and dietary needs.

We do not publish a price for this on the website, because a figure that ignores your dates, your party and live availability would be misleading rather than helpful. Use the planner for an indicative band, then ask for a written quotation: it states the total, every charge inside it, and anything payable separately, before you commit to anything.

Kanes Travel Agency Longford Limited is a retail travel agent holding Travel Agent Licence TA 0145 from the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA). We sell travel arranged by licensed suppliers and act as their agent; where what you buy is a package, the organiser named on your confirmation holds the insolvency protection for it. Why. To read your enquiry, check what is available for your dates, and reply with options and a written quotation.

Required fields (your name, email, destination, dates, party size and the message) are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We cannot answer you without them.

Optional fields (telephone number, budget, and the planner itinerary if you attach one) are processed under Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying usefully rather than with six follow-up questions. Leaving them blank changes nothing about the answer you get, and Article 21 gives you the right to object at any time.

How long. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for the period Irish tax and travel-trade law requires.

Where. Our server is operated by Namecheap, Inc. in the United States, outside the European Economic Area, so this is a transfer to a third country under Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Article 46(2)(c)). We are not asked to consent to this and neither are you; it is disclosed because Article 13(1)(f) requires it.

No consent is asked for. You are not required to agree to anything to send this. Full detail, including your rights and how to complain to the Data Protection Commission, is in the privacy policy.
